An order that the Claimants recover possession of the parcel of land measuring 14.042 hectares known as Oke-Odo Iwerekun Excision in Ibeju/Lekki Local Government Area more particularly delineated in the Lagos State New Town Authority Layout Plan and Survey Plan No. LS/D/BK/223 dated -- of October, 2016 and covered by Lagos State Government official gazette No. 26, Volume 38 dated -- of October, 2005 on the ground that they are entitled to possession and that the persons in occupation are in occupation without their licence and consent.--,The application is supported by an affidavit of 12 paragraphs deposed to by Chief Molikiu Raji, the Baale of Oke-Odo Iwerekun Village. We hereby rely on the said affidavit and the documentary exhibits attached to same.
