 And for such order or further orders as the honourable court may fit deem to make in any circumstances of this case--,A DECLARATION that all the entire Odupeyin Family landed property situate lying and being at Origanringan Nla Village, Eleko-Folu Expressway, in Lekki LCDA, Ibeju Lekki Local Government Area of Lagos State, excluded in the Schedule to the Notice of Revocation of Right of Occupancy Official Gazette No. 20, Volume 26 dated the 13 th day of May 1993 is the property of all the descendants of Late Odugbeyin owned under Native Law and Custom.--,A Declaration that all the Eighteen (18) Acres of land allocated to the Odupeyin Family by the Origanringan Community from the 22.314 Hectares excised by the Lagos State Government at Origanringan Kekere Village, Eleko-Folu Expressway, in the Lekki LCDA, covered by the Official Gazette No. 29 Volume 27 dated the 1st day of September 1994 and the Official Gazette No. 11, Volume 30 dated 1st day of May 1997 respectively is the property of all the descendants of Odupeyin owned under Native Law an--,belonging to Agbaje Odupeyin Family at Origanringan Nla and Origanringan Kekere respectively into two equal parts among the two Branches of the Family, namely BADARU and SINOBU Branches of Odupeyin Family on the ground that there is a dispute as to occupational rights of the Claimants which cannot be amicably settled among the Family members-,A Declaration that under Yoruba Native Law and Custom, all the Children of a deceased parent or grandparent are entitled to a share of family land irrespective of their gender and anything to the contrary is repugnant to natural justice, equity and good conscience; it is unconstitutional, null, void and of no effect whatsoever--,AN ORDER of Perpetual Injunction restraining the Defendants, either by themselves, servants or privies from selling, leasing or in any way alienating the Family land without the consent and authority of Sinobu Branch of Odupeyin Family
